ALLOY WHEEL RESTORATION AND POWDER COATING

We offer the complete wheel restoration service for both steel and alloy wheels.

Good looking wheels can totally change the look of your vehicle and our wheel refurbishment process is as thorough at the start as it is precise at the finish. We check every wheel before we start. If there are tyres fitted these are removed and inspected before being stored safely. Your wheels are then put in our stripping tank to remove all the existing coating. Once the existing coatings are removed the surface is prepared by firstly using a fine grade blasting media.  Your wheels are then checked again for any signs of damage before being finished by hand. They are then given a final clean and then powder coated in the effect of your choice.

With our bespoke in house diamond cutting lathe we can provide you with the highest 
quality finish and the quickest turnaround time.

Diamond cutting can be applied to the full face and lip of the alloy wheel, combined with 
an application of base colour we can produce some spectacular finishes.
